Instructions of replacing delivery
INSTRUCTIONS OF REPLACING DELIVERY
Customers can exchange products in the following cases:
- Customers can only request to pay back within 24 hours after receiving the goods or depending on the specific characteristics of the product. However, BMA-Vietnam has the right to review and decide to make a return order.
- The product is not the same as the order (wrong size, quantity or problems related to the material of the product)
- The product is defective / damaged due to the manufacturer's fault
- The product is different from the description in the quote.
- Returned products must remain in packaging, stickers, stamps, purchase invoices and accompanying accessories.
- If the above conditions are met, customers can exchange products with a value equal to or greater than the original order product. Customers will pay the price difference, shipping fees and other costs incurred in the exchange of goods.
- In case the product is damaged, scratched, missing accessories, customers want to change the payment please contact BMA-Vietnam at the address on the invoice.
In the case of change of delivery, it is necessary to follow the following conditions:
- The product remains in its original condition.
- Only unused, unmounted, unmounted products are accepted.
- The brand stamp is still intact.
- In case of non-technical return due to technical problems of the product, BMA-Vietnam reserves the right to require the customer to compensate for an additional cost of product loss, as well as any shipping costs incurred if any.
Cases that cannot be returned:
- When the product is delivered with the correct product code, raw stamp, 100% new, the customer will receive the goods, BMA-Vietnam will not accept the request to return the goods or refuse to receive the goods for personal reasons of the Customer.
- Products are defective, arising from customers.
- The product has been used / removed.
- Product damaged from external impact.
- The product no longer retains its original packaging and lack of accessories (if any).
- Seal / warranty of the product is torn / filled in / opened
- Do not accept returns and returns in the case of accessories without intact seal.
- Customers change their mind because they find the product is not suitable for their initial needs.
