Warranty policy
The product is warranted for free if it meets the following conditions:
- Products under the warranty list from the manufacturer
- Product has technical error caused by the manufacturer
- The warranty period on the Warranty Card is still valid - The warranty period is calculated from the date of receipt of the goods or the date on which the product warranty is activated (for electronic warranty products).
- Customers also keep Warranty Card and Invoice, or Receipt (for items without warranty card or customers refuse to take invoice) when buying goods.
- Warranty card must be intact, not patched, erased, repaired.
- Warranty card with full information: product code, model, serial number, production date, customer name used, address, date of purchase (for products that do not apply Electronic Warranty )
- The warranty stamp and seal (if any) of the Manufacturer on intact products.
Please check the goods carefully, compare the products with vouchers (delivery slip), warranty card (if any) before receiving the goods to ensure your interests in product warranty.
2. Cases where warranty is not provided or warranty fees incurred
- Customers lose warranty card and invoice, or delivery slip (for items without warranty card or customers refuse to take invoice) when buying goods.
- Violating one of the free warranty conditions in item 1.
- Products not on the list of warranties from the Manufacturer (parts, natural wear details such as bearings, bearings, brushes, wires, springs, couplets, filter paper bags ...)
- Products cannot be identified.
- The serial number, product model is wrong, does not match warranty card.
- The product is not intact, disassembled and damaged
- The attached accessories are not part of the product
- Customer arbitrarily intervenes to repair, change product structure or repair outside or at the place not authorized by the Manufacturer.
- The product is damaged by user error (using the wrong specifications, not following the instruction manual, wrong voltage or overload) and this failure is not covered by the warranty of the Home manufacturing
- The product is defective due to failure to meet the storage requirements as described in the instructions
- The product is damaged by mechanical impact of dropping, breaking, bumping, scratching, dented, wet, rusty or caused by fire or natural disasters.
*NOTE
- Depending on the type of product, there will be different warranty conditions as specified by the Manufacturer / Importer.
- Damaged products will be inspected by technical personnel or the manufacturer / importer will check and notify customers that the product will be warranted for free or for a fee.
