SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Products you order will be delivered to the delivery address you provide us at the time you place an order.

2. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 2 business days from the date we receive the full payment. Goods will be delivered directly or by post.

3. You will become the Product owner you set when the Product is delivered to you. Therefore, the risk to the Product delivered to you belongs to you and we will not be liable for any loss or damage to that Product.

4. Normally, our Customer Service team will contact you to ensure delivery, and receive your feedback so that we can serve better.

5. If you do not receive the Product you ordered during the given period, please call our Customer Service team at 0919.540.660 or email us to bma-vietnam@gmail.com. In this case, we will be folllowed at your discretion,:

- Deliver or deliver more goods and you will receive a discount on the next purchase at a discount rate announced by our Customer Service team;

- Refund the amount of goods you have paid for the missing or unallocated Product according to Point (d), Clause 5.6, Article 5 below.

6. Handling problems that may arise at the time of delivery:

 - If the product is delivered, there are signs:

    + Used or changed

    + Physical damage to the box, container

    + No longer in the original packaging and does not contain all accessories

    + Stamps of branded products are broken,

Customers need to refuse to sign the Delivery Confirmation and immediately notify our Customer Service team at 0919.540.660 or email us to bma-vietnam@gmail.com. Our Customer Service Team will guide you through the return shipping process.

- Product will be exchanged if defective, damaged or different from the Product according to the specifications and descriptions in the final quotation.

- In order to exchange goods, the Product must remain intact:

    + Has not been used or changed,

    + Box, container or Product without physical damage,

    + Also in the original packaging and contains all accessories, and

    + Branded and stamped packaging intact.
