PEGAR KV15 is the one component high performance water base adhesive for general woodworking. It is a modified polyvinyl acetate emulsion and demonstrates high water and heat
resistance. Also, since it has fast setting performance, it can be enhanced the productivity for
various hot press use.
The PEGAR KV15 is an environmentally friendly product and has the approval of formaldehyde
and VOC free given by Japan Adhesive Industry Association.

- Shear strength was determined in accordance with Japanese Industrial
- Standard (JIS K 6804).
- Heat condition : at 80℃
5. How to use PEGAR KV15
- Use adhesive under the temperature more than minimum filming temp.
- Below 8 ℃, in order not to form a film, it is cautious of handling.
- After use, seal tightly not to be filming on adhesive surface.
- KV15 can be applied machines, hand, brush or roller.
- Glue coating amount from 200 – 250 gr /m2.
- Stable time: over 30 hours.
