Mold release agent for brake pads KLB-720 is designed as a water based mould release agent for phenolic, and other thermosetting resins. It is a special waxes with unique polymer in water. It provides a high slip and durable film performance that giving many releases per application. It is especially suitable for the production of brake pads, brake linings and clunches. It can be diluted with water at least 1:15 before used.

Application:
If a wax or silicone based release agent has been used previously, remove all traces of previous product using a cleaner.
1. Apply KLB-720 by dry cotton cloth or spray gun.
2. Gently wipe or spray over mold surface covering the whole area Repeat until mould is completely coated.
3. When dry, start with production.
Reapplication:
When release becomes hesitant, reapply one coat of KLB-720 in the same manner as described above.
