Mold release agent for rubber parts Kernik KLO-200P (silicone type) is a unique polymer having improved release properties and design for semipermanent coating of rubber part application. It can dilute 1:3 to 1:10 depend on rubber product size and mold types.

Application:
- Thoroughly clean the mould. Apply at least two uniform, thin coats before it goes to production. Allow a short drying time between each coat.
- Reapply a light coat of KLO-200P at process temperature when required, to maintain the desired release.
- The application can be spraying or wiping.
