BN Lubricoat ALK is a pH-Alkaline/Basic version of our proven “workhorse” release agent for high-temperature use. BN Lubricoat ALK is ideal for providing true Teflon®–like non-wetting for all liquid metal transfer system components and is non-reactive and non-stick with metals, glasses, slags, and fluxes. Contains NO silicates to provide highest stability. Due to having its pH as Alkaline/Basic, BN Lubricoat ALK is compatible with mild steel as well as with alkali-silicate bonded coatings and ceramics.

Use Notes
1. Resuspend if needed. Can dilute with water, with 1:1 as normal.
2. Clean surfaces to be painted of any oils dirt, scale, etc.
3. Apply one thin layer by brush, dip or spray like ordinary house paint
