BN Lubricoat®-ZS is the same as our regular BN Lubricoat® except for using a hydrochloric-acid “peptizer” instead of nitric-acid. The “ZS” version is thus somewhat better in adherence and also more dilutable with water than our regular BN Lubricoat. The “ZS” works well as long as the surface/substrate is OK with this type of acidic (like lemon juice) carrier.

Use Notes

1. Resuspend if needed. OK to dilute with water with 2 parts water to 1 part coating as normal.

2. Clean surfaces to be painted of any oils dirt, scale, etc.

3. Apply one thin layer by brush, dip, or spray like ordinary house paint

4. Allow to dry thoroughly before use.
