JK 41 is a specially formulated BN coating for the extreme stretching of superplastic forming operations. The uniform-sized BN particles give good adhesion and lubrication over the superplastic-forming/quick-plastic-forming (SPF/QPF) cycle. The uniformity/consistency of JK 41 is ideal for automatic/robotic air-spraying setups.

Ideal Use

• Coating metal sheets that are to be SPF-QPF processed

• For any parts that are to be coated with automatic/robotic air-spraying equipment

Use Notes

1. Resuspend if needed. Can dilute with water.

2. Clean surfaces to be painted of any oils dirt, scale, etc.

3. Apply one thin layer by air-spray

4. Allow to dry before use
