- CYANON FX-30 is a high strength, fast setting adhesive which can be used for virtually any type of fastening job. It has been specially formulated to bond porous materials such as paper, wood, leather and fabric very quickly. CYANON FX-30 offers quick bonding of a wide range of materials, including metals, plastic and rubbers.
- CYANON FX-30 is a one-component, solvent-free systm and dose not require the use of a catalyst, heat or clamps. When a thin layer of CYANON FX-30 applied between two surfaces comes into contact with atmospheric moisture, a rapid polymerization occurs producing the ultimate bond.

Specifications
1. Specification.
- Fast setting and medium viscosity type.
- Non-stringy and nearly colorless liquid.
- Fast bonding to rubber, metal, plastic and even porous substrates like wood and paper.
- Long self life despite fast setting cyanoacrylate.
(Reference example : The Rate of viscosity increase is less than 1.5times from initialviscosity after storage at 23℃/40℃ for a year with our standard bottle.)
2. Application
- Cyanon FX-30 is applications for the electronics, EPDM, ABS, plastic, metals, rubber, steel, aluminum, artificial stone.

4. Direction for use
- Make sure the surfaces to be bonded are clean and dry (preferable to solvent-wipe plastics and rubber, and to acid-treat metals).
- Dispense a drop or drops to one surface only. Apply only enough to leave a thin film after compression.
- Press parts together and hold firmly for a few seconds. Good contact is essential. An adequate bond develops in less than one minute.(Maximum strength is achieved within 24 hours.)
- Wipe off excess adhesive from the top of the container and recap. CYANON FX-10, if left uncapped, may deteriorate by contamination from moisture in the air.
- Because CYANON FX-10 condenses by polymerization, sometimes a whitening will occur on the surface of the container or the bonded materials. Should this happen, wipe surfaces well with acetone.
5. How to use CYANON
- Remove dust, oil, moisture or rust from surfaces to be bonded. ( Photo.1 )
- Flick the tip of the nozzle to draw the adhesive in the tip back down into the bottle. ( To pierce without flicking the tip of the nozzle may cause splashing of adhesive. ) ( Photo.2 )
- Pierce top of nozzle with a pin. Keep your face away from nozzle to avoid possible splashing. ( Photo.3 )
- Apply a thin layer of adhesive to one surface. Application volume of adhesive should be minimized because over applying may cause a delay in setting time or blooming. Use our exclusive polyethylene nozzle for bonding small parts. ( Photo.4 )
- Put parts to be bonded together and press them to ensure a close fit. Be careful not to move surface. Do not spread adhesive with fingers.
