Instant adhesive Koatsu Cyanon is a high strength, fast setting adhesive which can be used for virtually any type of fastening job. It has been specially formulated to achieve the strongest possible bond between well-mated, such as rubber, metals, plastics, glass, wood, leather, etc. CYANON SW is a one-component, solvent-free system and dose not require the use of a catalyst, heat or clamps. When a thin layer of CYANON SW applied between two surfaces comes into contact with atmospheric moisture, a rapid polymerization occurs producing the ultimate bond.

4. How to use CYANON
- Remove dust, oil, moisture or rust from surfaces to be bonded. ( Photo.1 )
- Flick the tip of the nozzle to draw the adhesive in the tip back down into the bottle. ( To pierce without flicking the tip of the nozzle may cause splashing of adhesive. ) ( Photo.2 )
- Pierce top of nozzle with a pin. Keep your face away from nozzle to avoid possible splashing. ( Photo.3 )
- Apply a thin layer of adhesive to one surface. Application volume of adhesive should be minimized because over applying may cause a delay in setting time or blooming. Use our exclusive polyethylene nozzle for bonding small parts. ( Photo.4 )
- Put parts to be bonded together and press them to ensure a close fit. Be careful not to move surface. Do not spread adhesive with fingers.
