3. Application 
- It can be applied by spray, dip and brush methods.
- The undiluted solution can be diluted at about 100 to 200% in ethanol or 1-methoxy-2-propanol.
- Generally, the vulcanization conditions such as temperature, pressure, pressing time, etc., are recommended from the silicon rubber manufacturer.
- The adhesive strength may increase if the metal(or plastic) surface is made rough.
- Nylon has absorption properties. Please apply after drying properly ensuring the solvent or humidity does not remain on the nylon after degreasing.
- Dry 10 to 20 minutes in an 80 degree hot air or dry 40 to 50 minutes at room temperature

4. How to use for VULCAN 81
① Do not mix remains from used products with new products.
② Please apply after removing completely oil, humidity, dust, etc.
from the surface to be applied.
③ The recommended molding temperature is of 160℃~180℃.
④ It is generally recommended Prebake for 10 minutes at 200℃, but when the working conditions are not smooth, please dry at high temperature until the solvent evaporates completely from the plastic surface.
