Release agent for particle board KLD-008HC is a combination of a wetting agent and a release agent for the Particle Board and MDF industry. It can be diluted 1:50 – 1:100 with water and must be sprayed continuously on the chips / fibres and press plates. It is also suitable for the production of thin boards.

Application:
If a wax or silicone based release agent has been used previously, remove all traces of previous product using a cleaner.
1. Apply KLB-720 by dry cotton cloth or spray gun.
2. Gently wipe or spray over mold surface covering the whole area Repeat until mould is completely coated.
3. When dry, start with production.
